These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and [Your legal name], an individual (sole proprietor) trading as Leonis ("Leonis", "we", "us"), based in the State of Qatar, governing your use of the Leonis mobile app, website (leonisfitness.com) and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account, tapping "continue", or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
You must be at least 16 (and never under 13), and legally able to enter a contract, to use the Service. Where a lower age of digital consent applies in your country, that age governs, subject to the 13-year floor. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you're authorized to bind it.
Leonis is a fitness, nutrition and recovery coaching tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Its plans, targets, recovery scores and suggestions are for general informational and educational purposes only.

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for safeguarding your login, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You may delete your account at any time in Account & privacy → Delete my account.
The Service uses deterministic algorithms and AI (including models from Anthropic and Google) to generate coaching content and imagery. AI output can be incomplete, out of date, or wrong. Treat all suggestions as recommendations to inform your decisions, apply your own judgment, and verify anything important with a qualified professional. We don't warrant that any plan will achieve a particular result.
You agree not to: use the Service unlawfully or for anyone else without authority; reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service or its APIs; upload content that is unlawful, infringing, harmful, or that you have no right to share; impersonate others; misuse the AI to generate harmful, illegal or medical-advice content; or interfere with the Service's security or operation. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You retain ownership of the content you submit (e.g. logs, photos, messages). You grant Leonis a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process and display that content solely to operate and provide the Service to you (and, where you opt in, to share anonymized learnings or post to the community/Care Circle as you choose). You are responsible for the content you submit and confirm you have the rights to it.
The Service integrates with third parties. When you use a feature that relies on one, you also agree to that provider's terms, and we're not responsible for their services:

Your use of those services is subject to their own terms, and we're not responsible for them.
The Service is offered free of charge and is supported by advertising. We and our ad partners (Google AdMob, AppLovin MAX, Meta Audience Network and networks MAX mediates) may show you ads, including personalized ads where you consent; how this works and your controls and opt-outs are described in the Privacy Policy (Section 6A). If we introduce paid plans or in-app purchases, they will be sold and processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play under their terms; we'll disclose pricing, the billing cycle, and auto-renewal before you buy, and your cancellation and refund rights will follow those stores' policies and applicable consumer law (including EEA/UK statutory withdrawal rights). Manage or cancel any subscription in your App Store / Google Play account settings.
These Terms are between you and Leonis only, not with Apple or Google. To the extent the app is obtained through the Apple App Store, you acknowledge:

Similar provisions apply where the app is obtained through Google Play under the Google Play Terms of Service. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a US embargo or on a prohibited-parties list, and that you'll comply with applicable export laws.
The Service, including its software, design, branding ("Leonis"), and content we provide, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. Third-party content (e.g. YouTube videos, map tiles, generated imagery) remains the property of its owners. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for its intended purpose. You get no other rights.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, or to protect the Service or other users, or as required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g. disclaimers, liability limits, IP, governing law) survive.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will be achieved. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded (e.g. for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud), and mandatory consumer-protection rights (including under EEA/UK law) are unaffected.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Leonis and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 100 (or local equivalent). Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so some may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold Leonis harmless from claims and costs arising out of your misuse of the Service, your content, or your breach of these Terms — to the extent permitted by applicable law.
We may update these Terms. For material changes we'll bump the version and ask you to re-accept in-app. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and disputes are subject to the competent courts of Qatar (Doha) — without limiting any mandatory rights or protections you have under the consumer or data-protection laws of your country of residence.
