The Leonis story

One life.
One connected intelligence.

Your training, meals, recovery and everyday decisions belong together. Leonis is built to help you see the connections—and act on them.

Why we are building it

Your numbers deserve
a bigger picture.

A smartwatch can tell you how you slept. A food log can tell you what you ate. A workout plan can tell you what is next. Leonis brings those pieces into the same conversation.

A busy day, a different meal or a change in recovery becomes useful context for your next decision.

Explore the system

One app.
More of your life.

Open a capability to see how it fits into the bigger picture.

01 / TrainingA programme for your equipment

Build around your goal, available time and equipment—from a full gym to a hotel room. See how exercise choices fit the wider programme.

02 / NutritionFood that belongs where you live

Recipes, regional ingredients, package sizes and shopping estimates in your currency help make the plan practical.

03 / Daily guidanceKnow what changed—and what to do next

Bring today’s readings, recent sessions and logged meals together in a briefing you can understand and discuss.

04 / WearablesYour readings, in your own context

Sleep, HRV, resting heart rate and other available signals matter more alongside your personal history than as isolated numbers.

05 / Cycle intelligenceAn extra layer of understanding

Cycle history and symptoms add context to training, food and recovery. Phase and timing remain estimates informed by your logs.

06 / Macro ScannerA meal, a barcode or a label

Use the camera to estimate a meal, look up a packaged product or read its nutrition panel. Review the result before logging.

07 / BloodworkKeep your health information in view

Review lab markers and trends alongside the information you choose to share. Interpretation is educational; medical decisions stay with your clinician.

08 / Leonis GoCarry each effort into the plan

Routes, pace, elevation and available heart-rate data give a recorded activity more meaning alongside your training history.

09 / CommunityMore reasons to keep showing up

Share an activity, connect with friends and find a squad. Your sessions can become a shared story when you choose.

10 / Care CircleSupport with permission

Invite family, friends or athletes you coach to share selected categories. The person sharing reviews the request before accepting. Shared categories show today’s numbers and a 30-day picture; both sides can end access at any time. Explore Care Circle ↗

11 / Everyday accessA little closer to your day

Widgets and voice access are part of the Leonis experience being prepared for launch. Availability depends on device and release support.

12 / Personal constraintsA plan that listens to your limits

Goals, preferences, equipment and reported restrictions help shape the conversation. Review proposed changes before applying them.

Checkmarks show documented availability, including the paid tiers indicated. A dash means the specific feature was not found in the reviewed sources; it does not prove the app lacks it. Integrations, general advice and related tools are not counted as the same built-in feature.

Leonis is prelaunch. Its checks describe planned capabilities, with device, subscription and regional availability to be confirmed. This is a selected-feature comparison, not an overall app rating.

Sources & comparison notes

Strava also offers route discovery and segment comparisons. Fitbod tracks muscle-group recovery; the sleep-and-recovery row refers to broader wearable-based insights. WHOOP includes strength tracking and nutrition journaling, which are different from adaptive workout generation and meal planning.

Built in Doha

A personal idea.
A shared ambition.

Founded by Asad Mohammed, Leonis starts with a simple belief: understanding your fitness should not require piecing together every app yourself.

We are preparing for our App Store launch and building a community around a more connected approach to training, nutrition and recovery.

A closer look

Good questions.
Clear answers.

How Leonis fits into your life, and what to expect as we prepare for launch.

01

Getting started

What is Leonis?

Leonis brings training, nutrition, wearable readings, activity and recovery into one personal context. The aim is to help you understand how those parts of your life affect each other, then turn that understanding into a plan you can review and use.

Is Leonis available to download?

The App Store launch is coming soon. Join our community for launch updates, or contact the team with questions about access.

How much will it cost?

Leonis is designed to be free to start. Final subscription prices and included features will be published before subscriptions become available. Visit Pricing & launch for the current information.

02

Your watch. Your plan.

Which watches and wearables are part of Leonis?

The wearable ecosystem includes Apple Watch, WHOOP, Oura, Garmin, COROS, Polar, Fitbit, Samsung, Huawei, Amazfit, Suunto, Withings, Xiaomi and Wahoo. The readings available depend on your device, permissions and connection support. Your home screen brings forward the information relevant to your wearable and goals.

Why does the home screen change from person to person?

Someone preparing for an event may need a countdown and training block up front. Someone focused on daily nutrition may need their energy target. Leonis uses your goals, current context and available readings to shape what comes first.

What happens when my day changes?

Tell Leonis what changed: a shorter session, a restaurant meal or a different recovery day. It can propose adjustments and explain them. You review the proposal and choose what to apply; constraints such as keeping calories unchanged stay part of the conversation.

Where does cycle intelligence fit?

Period history and symptoms can sit alongside training, nutrition and recovery. Phase and timing are estimates informed by your logs. It adds context for reviewing your routine; it does not diagnose a condition or replace medical advice.

03

Food, activity & privacy

Can I eat out instead of following the meal plan?

Yes. Eat Out helps you compare restaurant choices with the calories and macros remaining for the day. Published nutrition is shown where available and estimates are identified. Local restaurant coverage varies, and you can log what you actually eat.

How do Meal, Barcode and Label scanning differ?

Meal mode estimates food and portions from a photo. Barcode mode identifies a packaged product and its available nutrition. Label mode reads the nutrition panel. Review the result and serving size before adding it to your day.

What does LiDAR add to the camera?

On supported devices, LiDAR provides a real scale reference for portion estimates. It cannot identify every ingredient or make a macro estimate exact. The scanner still asks you to review the foods and amounts.

What is Leonis Go?

Leonis Go brings recorded activities, routes, pace and available heart-rate data into your fitness history. You can review the session in the context of your plan and share an activity with the community when you choose.

Who can see my information?

Community sharing and your Care Circle are choices you control. For details on data handling, connected services and your rights, read the Privacy Policy. You can also contact us about access, export or deletion requests.
